The Holding Company For Tourism, Hotels & Cinema ( "HOTAC" ), is an Egyptian joint stock holding company that was established under Public Enterprises Law No. 203 of 1991.

The objective of HOTAC, according to its statute, is to contribute on its own and through its affiliated companies to the development of national economy in the fields of tourism, hotels, cinema, sound & light  and other complementary and related economic activities undertaken by its affiliated companies.
